Up Front Tickets.com is an independent ticket service founded in 1996. We are not affiliated with any theater, box office, venue or Ticketmaster. Since 1996 we have provided our customers with tickets and event packages for all concerts, sports, nascar, and theatre shows across the United States. We are able to obtain tickets for hard to find and sold out major events, such as the Super Bowl, Final Four, World Series, Daytona 500, and many other entertainment events.

Due to difficulties and costs in obtaining premium seating for events, all purchases are subject to the following conditions:

1) All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. We DO NOT sell tickets at face value. We purchase tickets from season ticket holders and companies at a premium. Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market, prices may change at any time.

2) All prices quoted by Up Front Tickets reflect our cost of obtaining preferred seating. We are not responsible for change of venue, date or time of any event. In the event of a postponement, tickets will be honored for the new date. In the event of a cancellation with out a rescheduled show, Up Front Tickets.com will issue a face value credit for the face value amount printed on the ticket, minus shipping and handling charges, upon receipt of the issued tickets and within a specified time frame.

3) We do not replace lost or damaged/destroyed tickets. It is your responsibility to preserve your tickets. Do not expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold, liquids or any other perils. The tickets that we provide cannot be replaced under any circumstances. If your tickets are lost or are rendered unusable by any means, you will bear the loss and all liability incurred, and your sale shall not be refunded or credited for any reason. However, if you wish to purchase special insurance on your package you must tell your Up Front Tickets sales rep before you place your order.

For your convenience we accept cashier's check, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
There is a 3.5% handling fee on all orders.
